E. Howard electro-magnetic watchman's clock
This fine precision clock, circa 1874 has a deadbeat weight driven movement with maintaining power, truly to the highest built standards of its time. Well persevered solid walnut case measuring 7' 4" x 24" will surely add a vintage utilitarian elegance to any large room. Great condition (original) painted dial with independent seconds displays the E. Howard of Boston name proudly. Unfortunately, the two watchman devices are missing. Still it's a fine quality timepiece... Comes fully serviced and case polished. See pictures below.
